Behind the Scenes: The Glass Gardens Team

They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well it takes a whole team of folks to run a small popup plant business. Who would have thought? At Glass Gardens we’re constantly working with individuals, businesses, and groups on creative projects. These are our partners, but we also have a solid team, with some turnover, that really makes Glass Gardens run. In this month’s blog we wanted to highlight a few fun facts about our current team members and show our appreciation for them!

Thank you team!

When asked these five questions, here’s how our team responded.

  1. When you were 4-8 years old, what did you want to be when you "grew up"? (You can give multiple answers)
  2. Why did you want to get involved with Glass Gardens?
  3. Who is a person that has inspired you most so far this year, and why? (P.S. you can't say John Regan Wharton)
  4. If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?
  5. Just for fun: What is your favorite flavor of ice cream? If you don't like ice cream, what is your favorite dessert?

  1. I wanted to be a Mother
  2. To prove to myself that I had gifts and talents outside of motherhood and that those abilities could help make others happy, bring them comfort and remind them of the beauty that still exists around us.
  3. My best friend Laura. She has faced so much uncertainty and adversity this year and has done so with the utmost grace. Her kindness, resiliency, humor and honesty are an inspiration in my own life.
